Now the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has awarded me the academic title of Associate Professor. It is strange, of course, to be a Doctor of Science, and only to receive the title of Associate Professor, especially since all the confessions of the professor have already been fulfilled, and the position of professor. At the same time, the rules are that you will have to stay in the rank of associate professor for at least three years in order to apply for the title of professor. I will wait.
